What is the “true” hotel cost?

The advertised nightly rate can be only part of the final price. This calculator adds the room cost and the taxes, fees and extras you enter, then converts the total into a real cost per night.

Price is not the whole decision

A lower total can still come with stricter cancellation terms or fewer included services. The tool therefore keeps price and booking conditions separate instead of pretending that every difference can be converted into money.

Does this tool search live hotel prices?

No. You enter the offers you already have. The calculator does not connect to hotels or booking platforms and does not make reservations.

How is the true nightly cost calculated?

The calculator divides the estimated total stay cost by the number of nights. If you book more than one room, the total includes all rooms.

Why compare cancellation terms separately?

A refundable offer can be more valuable than a cheaper non-refundable rate depending on your travel plans. That value is personal, so the tool shows the condition rather than assigning an artificial monetary score.
